This live course delves into the transformative concept of building a value proposition that places the “who” of the Decision Maker at its core. Through the insightful modules, practical examples, and interactive exercises in the Decision Makers course, you’ll gain a deep appreciation for the nuances of buyer psychology and decision-making. We will guide you in uncovering the behaviors and styles of 4 specific buyer personas, enabling you to understand them on a deeper level, communicate with them more effectively, and persuade them with ease. The Wall Breakers

“The Wall Breakers” is our on-going Small Group Coaching Program designed to help you break through the “walls” that slow you down and prevent you from the success you want to achieve. The approach is very similar to our One-on-One Coaching, but offers a great alternative if you are on a budget, prefer a group environment, or want to give Archway Partners Coaching a try before leaping to the One-on-One Coaching option.

The Tool Belt

“The Tool Belt” is our on-going Skills Training Workshop designed to help Agents build their practical real estate skills and knowledge base. This group is essential for agents in their first few years in the business, or those who still feel that “fake it ’til you make it” feeling when speaking to clients or engaging with co-brokers.

In each session we address a new necessary tool in the real estate “Tool Belt” and provide you the comfort and knowledge needed to deliver with confidence and clarity. With our vast industry knowledge and expertise, we’ll lead you down the path to becoming a confident Professional in a fraction of the time, with less failure along the way, and get you out of the “Imposter Syndrome” loop.

He has done over a thousand sales and rental transactions in NYC, and his expertise and experience in collaborative negotiation, deal management, and conflict resolution, as well as his industry knowledge and reputation as both a Sales Director and Associate Broker, have earned him a unique and valuable perspective, skillset and resume.
